What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any application or waiting-list request you submit through it. By using the website you agree to them.

No advisory relationship

Using this website, submitting an application, joining the waiting list or taking part in a discovery call does not make you a client of Conscious Ventures (“Conscious Ventures”). An advisory relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement, and that agreement governs the engagement.

The content of this website describes our services in general terms. It is not advice tailored to your business and should not be relied on as legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice. See our regulatory disclosure.

Applications and confidentiality

  • We treat what you send us through the application form as confidential and use it only to consider and respond to your request.

  • Submitting an application does not oblige either of us to enter into an engagement.
